Yesterday I fished a yellow envelope the city of Cologne from the mailbox. "Formal notification. At first I was thinking of getting a ticket, but the thing even has a reference number.
There is a second home tax assessment. LOL? The
for the year 200 5 want € 252 for 200 and six € 168 from me. Halloooohooo we now have the year 20 10 !
My first idea was: Transfer and in the subject line "croaked turn!" state.
My second idea was a brainstorm .. Such things actually expire after 4 years (fixed term local tax laws and stuff). So at least the 252 € would be inadmissible.
Normally you would now be followed by an opposition procedure. But the next joke: "Through the Red Tape Reduction Act that's been an action upstream of opposition proceedings ceased to exist in the Authority." So now I have to directly institute proceedings before the administrative court in Cologne. Four weeks time I have for it .. I'll check this thing now and if I use the 4 years I will not be more wrong to do so!
